If those areas are not simultaneously shaded red by the resolution date, this market will resolve to “No”.

The relevant municipalities in Donetsk Oblast that must be simultaneously captured in their entirety are: Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Kostiantynivka, Druzhkivka, Pokrovsk, Dobropillia, Oleksandrivka, Cherkaske, and Sviatohirsk.

For any change on the ISW map to qualify for this market’s resolution, the relevant shading indicating Russian control must persist through the next full ISW daily update cycle. If ISW skips a day, shading must persist until the next finalized ISW update is published, regardless of the date. If Russia comes into control of this territory as a result of a negotiated settlement, this will not qualify, regardless of whether it is shaded red in the ISW map. Similarly, an announcement of a negotiated settlement that gives Russia de jure control will not qualify. Control must be established through military conquest.","Will Russia capture all of Donetsk Oblast by...? is a geopolitics prediction market focused on whether Russian forces will militarily control the entire Donetsk Oblast by the listed deadline of June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. The event resolves based on the ISW Ukraine map, with DeepStateMap or credible reporting used only if the primary source is unavailable. To count as a Yes, Russia must simultaneously control the specified municipalities, including Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Kostiantynivka, Druzhkivka, Pokrovsk, Dobropillia, Oleksandrivka, Cherkaske, and Sviatohirsk, and that control must persist through the next full update cycle.

This forecast matters because Donetsk Oblast remains a central battlefield in the Russia-Ukraine war, and the outcome reflects broader military momentum, territorial claims, and market sentiment around the conflict. The current market probability is 0%, indicating traders see a capture of all listed municipalities by the deadline as unlikely, though prediction market odds can change as conditions on the ground evolve. The event sits within the Ukraine Map and Military Actions context, making it relevant for observers tracking event prediction, regional control, and geopolitical developments in eastern Ukraine.","GEOPOLITICS","Ukraine Map",[11,13,14,15,16,17,18],"Geopolitics","Ukraine","Russia","putin","Politics","Military Actions","https://polymarket-upload.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/will-russia-capture-all-of-donetsk-oblast-by-Bk8VcDv-l22_.jpg",0,1600.933211,77495.330072,118553.45685,47507.66265699999,47759.756997100005,true,false,"2026-01-05T21:22:04.233Z","2026-06-30T00:00:00.000Z","2026-01-02T21:54:36.985Z","2026-05-30T10:31:05.274Z","https://polymarket.com/event/will-russia-capture-all-of-donetsk-oblast-by?r=predstack",[34,35,36,37,38,39,40],"will russia capture all of donetsk oblast by...?","will russia capture all of donetsk oblast by...? prediction","will russia capture all of donetsk oblast by...? odds","will russia capture all of donetsk oblast by...? probability","geopolitics prediction market","geopolitical forecast","geopolitical probability","2026-06-05T13:16:41.353Z","2026-05-30T10:42:58.638Z",[44,54,65
"volume1wk":53
205273","Will Russia enter Ternuvate again by...?","will-russia-enter-ternuvate-again-by-february-28",[11,14,13,17],"2026-05-30T10:42:55.607Z","2026-05-30T10:30:02.127Z","2026-05-31T00:00:00.000Z","This market will resolve to “Yes” if, according to the ISW map, Russia captures any territory of Ternuvate, Zaporizhzhya Oblast, (47.8301° N, 36.1268° E) between market creation and February 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

Territory will be considered captured if any part of the specified territory is shaded under a below specified layer on the ISW map (https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/36a7f6a6f5a9448496de641cf64bd375) by the resolution date.
